- Production time is 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the individual listing. Please note shipping time is NOT included in this. Please contact me if you have any questions on dates or would like to set up a rush.
- I offer a $15 rush fee for shipping within 7 days. Items will ship First Class unless previously discussed with seller.
- First class does NOT include insurance, therefore items damaged in route will not be remade or refunded.
Returns
- I gladly accept returns and cancellations.
- For returns, contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship back items within 14 days of delivery.
